This is the 2nd time I’ve had Nick & Dylan to the house. The 1st time they worked on our drain and setting a new toilet. Turned out perfect. They did a inspection of the entire house and found a few other things that were in need of of repair. Had them come back to take care of some of the major issues like new main valves, (CODE) A frost free spigot and new Sump pump. What really means a lot to me on top of them doing an awesome job and being a bunch of great guys is I’m currently working on my mother in laws house to get it ready for sale and they are making it extremely easy on me. Our sump pump and the battery went out on a day when it was (still) heavily raining. We were in a panic and when we called the receptionist was very kind. She said their schedules were all full that day but took down our number to check and see if she could work something out. And she could! The gentleman that came out was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. We’re grateful for them and confident we won’t have to worry about this happening ever again!

About two months after buying our house, our tankless water heater stopped working. I called Absolute and they fit us in the next day. The technicians were super thorough about explaining their process and giving me several options for repairing our current heater and for installing a new one. We decided to go with a new one, and they were able to install it right away. I really appreciated their level of detail when talking through the process. They also provided a few different payment options, which was very helpful. After today’s events, I would definitely recommend Absolute Plumbing.

The first time I used Absolute was last week when my water heater started leaking. I first called my usual Plumbing Co but they were very unresponsive when I explained I needed someone ASAP. A friend highly recommended Absolute and put me in contact with them. They were vey considerate, caring and professional on the phone and managed to get me a technician, with a new water heater, on site within 2 hours. The first technician was shortly joined by another so I had 2 technicians to install the new unit. Both Technicians, Nick G and Matt, were very knowledgeable, professional and kept me well informed of their progress. They gave me a detailed quote before they started work so there were no surprises at the end. I also really appreciated the thorough home Safety check after the install. I would never go back to my previous plumber. The day that started out miserably with water all over the floor ended up in a very satisfying experience with people who not only know what they are doing but demonstrate true customer consideration every step of the way.

Called to have a valve placed on my dryer line for hookup of a gas dryer. Appointment was originally set for the following Monday, However there was a cancellation and they were able to send Nick out the same day. The office kept me up to date on arrival time. Nick did a safety walk through of the house as well. Follow up calls were made from the main office after the service was provided.

From the very first phone call, I was completely impressed. Nikki was so kind and professional. She put my mind at ease from the very beginning before any work was even done. When we hung up I told my family that if first impressions meant anything I was already impressed. She kept me informed throughout all of our services. Nick O. was our service provider. Wow! He took the time to explain everything to me and taught me so much. He was kind, respectful, knowledgeable and on top of all of that, he did amazing work and gave us peace of mind! We used absolute plumbing to repair our shower. The dispatcher and technician were both professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and clear communicators. They give you the prices up front and the work they did solved our issues. I called in the morning and they were able to get a technician out in the afternoon. Would use again.

Absolute Plumbing has done excellent work replacing a bad faucet, doing an entire home inspection and most recently responding to an emergency replacement of a bad water softener. He had great service from Absolute Plumbing. They were very responsive, on time, and clean .They did a whole home safety check and let us know of some things they would recommend repairing or be ready to, but DID NOT even make me feel pressured to do so right away. They did a great job. The 2 guys were very professional and did great work. Because of how good they were, we joined the Diamond Club which is a great deal and totally worth it.
